Shipping & Returns

Order Shipment
All purchases made through the webshop of Fynd Trends fall under the general terms and conditions of Fynd Trends. There, you will also find the conditions related to shipping and returns.

We generally ship your goods immediately after payment. The shipping costs are specified on the payment page. Within Sweden and Denmark, we charge a standard shipping fee of €4.95 per shipment.

We work with the following couriers:

• GLS
• DPD
• DHL
• Trunkrs
• Visser Duiven BV

We deliver only on business days; some couriers make exceptions and deliver on weekends, but this is not standard. The following conditions apply to our delivery promises:

Ordered before 13:00 is next day delivery
Delivery is made on business days only. If you order on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday. We use the couriers GLS, DPD, and DHL.

Ordered before 23:59 is next day delivery
An evening delivery is made, which means if you order before 23:59, delivery will be made the following evening between 17:00 and 22:00 with Trunkrs. Please note! If you live at a business address, this service does not deliver there in the evening, as they assume that business addresses are closed in the evening. Please contact Trunkrs to modify your delivery: [Trunkrs Phone Number].

1 to 2 business days
For heavier products, delivery time is 1 to 2 business days, and these are delivered by Visser Duiven B.V. They come with truck transport and deliver to the first door. Please note that they do not offer floor delivery.

For shipments to Denmark, please allow an extra delivery day for each courier service. Only Trunkrs offers delivery within 24 hours as standard. The other services officially offer this too, but experience shows that this is not always achieved.

Would you like to return your order? Then we kindly ask you to return the product in its original packaging and undamaged within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

Please note! We are closed on Saturdays. Kindly avoid returning your package on a Friday to avoid potential delivery on Saturday.

Please be aware that the return shipping costs are at your own expense. To process your return quickly, we kindly ask you to clearly mention the order number in the package so that we can easily see who the shipment is from.
