The reinforced structure can withstand large temperature differences, so it can overwinter in our gardens after removing the foil. Moreover, the foil used in our tunnels is much thicker than the standard foil used in similar products of this type. Taking into account the durability of the foil, we have equipped it with an additional embedded mesh, making it much more durable! The foil should be dried and stored in a dry place after the summer season, while the manufacturer also recommends hiding the structure itself for the autumn and winter period.
- SAFETY: The tunnel protects crops from the effects of typical external factors such as cold and dry wind, intense rainfall, snow, or hail, and also protects you from birds, which are a curse for all crops.
- QUICK ASSEMBLY: Thanks to the instructions provided with each product, assembling the tunnel is extremely easy. On the intuitively assembled frame of steel pipes, we lay the foil supplied with the tunnel and attach it to the frame pipes. The ground skirt with the foil protruding on the sides of the tunnel can be covered with soil or buried in the ground, preventing the foil from being pressed. - UV-4 FILTER FOIL: The transparent foil is characterized by the highest durability and resistance to weather conditions. It ensures the product's durability, optimal thermal properties, and sufficient sunlight transmission, including UV radiation, throughout 4 seasons. This type of foil is intended to cover the structure of tunnels to accelerate the growth of plants and protect them from the harmful effects of weather conditions. The used foil provides the highest possible light scattering parameters, significantly reduces the number of shaded spots, thus providing even sunlight, which translates into plant vegetation.
REINFORCING MESH FORMED IN THE FOIL
The three-layer garden foil meets the high quality requirements set by users. The two outer layers provide proper flexibility, increased strength, and resistance to damage, as well as excellent visible light permeability. The third-innermost layer is a thick PE mesh, giving the foil very high durability.
UV FILTER
Professional garden foil that meets the highest requirements of vegetable and flower growers. Designed for garden tunnels for crops that require high light intensity, especially in periods of low temperatures or cloudiness, e.g. roses or early vegetable varieties. Thanks to its thermal absorption level of over 80%, it increases crop efficiency, accelerates plant growth, and provides effective frost protection, resulting in significant energy savings in heated tunnels. The advantages of the film include low light reflection ensuring high permeability of solar radiation, selective infrared radiation permeability, good anti-static properties, high durability, resistance to stretching, piercing, and tearing, as well as impermeability to vapor and gases.
UNCOVERED WINDOWS WITH MOSQUITO NET
Thanks to the uncovered, rolled-up windows, we have more control over our crops. If necessary, we can increase the amount of incoming light. Uncovering the windows has a positive effect on air circulation and temperature control in the tunnel. Hot air, being lighter, rises and escapes through the open window, allowing our crops to thrive in optimal conditions.
